Lily Coasters and Yarn Review

Crochet Lily Coaster
French Lilac Yarn Bee Soft & Sleek Yarn

Soft & Sleek by Yarn Bee is destined to become my new go-to yarn for crocheted bags, purses and home decor. Readily available at Hobby Lobby, both retail stores and online, there is a beautiful palette of colors from which to choose – approximately 28 solid colors and 6 multi-colors.

Contents: 100% Low Pill acrylic.
Yarn Weight: Worsted weight or size 4.
Skein Weight: 5 ounces
Skein Yardage: 232 yards
Care Instructions: Machine wash in cold water – Dry Flat – Do Not Iron – Do Not Bleach.

Most of Yarn Bee’s yarns have an amazing amount of yardage. As you know, crochet can gobble up the yarn and Soft & Sleek with its 232 yards per ball is a Crocheter’s dream. It is quite economical and a great value. Bags and purses are one of my favorite things to design and with the durability of this craft yarn and the wonderful color palette and availability, the creativity never stops.

Purchase My Soft & Sleek” Patterns

Soft & Sleek” is an all purpose yarn that I find very suitable for designs that lend themselves to durable craft type yarns. Designs such as home decor, purses and bags. I refreshed the Round Doily Bag pattern which was originally designed in a yarn that is no longer available. I was so thrilled with the look that “Soft & Sleek” will most likely become my new go to yarn in these categories.
