An Almost Round Bag is an easy to make crochet bag that is almost a circle. Working back and forth from the center starting point, the pattern creates its own gusset. Simply make a front and a back and crochet them together on the last row. Add a top border, shoulder strap and four crochet buttons and you have an eye-catching little tote bag that is simple enough for a novice crocheter.
Size: Approximately 11″ at the widest part and 8″ in depth with a 2″ gusset.
Skill level: Beginner.
Materials: Super Value (a worsted weight or size 4 yarn) from Bernat.
Tools: U.S. sizes H and I crochet hooks.
