A crochet pattern for a Chameleon Scarf from Nancy Brown-Designer. A pattern for a quick and easy winter scarf.

So warm and cuddly, so quick and easy to make. This Chameleon Scarf is crocheted in a heavy worsted or aran weight yarn and the pattern stitch is easy enough for a novice with just a bit of crochet experience.

Size: Adult woman – one size fits most. Approximately 4 1/2″ wide and 74″ in length.
Skill level: Intermediate.
Materials: Heartland (a worsted/aran weight or size 4 yarn) from Lion Brand Yarns. Since gauge is not crucial for this design and you want to choose a different yarn, you will need approximately 500 yards of almost any worsted or aran weight yarn.
Tools: U.S. size J crochet hook.
Please note: Instructions come in an easy to read, easy to understand pattern and are written in U.S. crochet terminology.

Purchase The Yarn
Heartland from Lion Brand is a 100% acrylic yarn that is packaged in 5 oz balls of approximately 252 yards each. This sensationally soft yarn comes in shades inspired by the natural beauty of the American landscape. You can purchase this lovely yarn on the Lion Brand Yarns website, just click on the link.
