A crochet pattern for a Victorian Rose Shawl from Nancy Brown-Designer. A pattern for a lovely vintage style shawl.
Reminiscent of a bygone era, Victorian style flower motifs with half-square motifs across the top edge are joined together as you crochet to create this beautiful shawl. A lacy open-work border is added around the side edges of this Victorian Rose Shawl to complete the look.
Size: Adult woman, one size fits most. Approximately 60″ across the top edge and 30″ from the center point to the neck edge before the border.
Skill level: Intermedite.
Materials: Caterina (a DK weight or size 3 yarn) from Yarn Bee and available at Hobby Lobby. Please note that this yarn has been discontinued by the manufactuer. You can use almost any DK weight yarn and approximately 1,500 yards should complete this lovely accessory.
Tools: U.S. size G crochet hook.
Please note: Instructions come in an easy to read, easy to understand pattern and are written in U.S. crochet terminology.
